That moment when you log in to your gmail account and Google decided to change something so now you can't figure out how to do anything!
Password
I had to quickly print a paper for a class which I had emailed to myself. I ran to the library went to gmail, typed in my user name and then stopped. What is my password? Am I really supposed to remember that kind of stuff?
